With a mission to improve gender equity and intersectionality in healthcare leadership, CSweetener provides year-long mentorships to women and non-binary healthcare professionals. CSweetener’s network of volunteer mentors spans the industry, with each mentor having at least 20 years of healthcare experience. The program is free to everyone who is eligible, removing barriers to access, and allows mentees to choose the mentor(s) that best match their goals. CSweetener is operated and supported by the HLTH Foundation, a 501(c)3 charity that promotes equity, inclusion, and opportunity in healthcare, and is affiliated with HLTH, Inc.
